Serangoon East Dam …. saw ppl walking along the channel next to Halus Bridge towards the Dam and probably via Industrial Park 6 (next to Camp’s lane).

From SPF media releases dated 8 Feb2010, bicycle theft recorded 1,074 cases in 2009, an increase of 399 cases (or 59.1%) as compared to the 675 cases in 2008.
